In the 2020 Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best Awards (previously known as Travellers’ Choice), Pimalai came second in the “Top 25 Luxury Hotels – Thailand” category, and achieved an impressive sixth place in the “Top 25 Hotels – Thailand” category. The resort also came tenth in two other categories: “Top 25 Hotels for Service – Thailand” and “Top 25 Hotels for Romance – Thailand”.
